Relationship counselors consider trust as an ultimate part of a successful relationship. However, you cannot just see and trust people. This needs some time, always. There is a simple exercise put forward by couple counselors to build trust between partners. In this exercise, a spouse stands in front of the other and he/ she is blindfolded. This partner let himself/ herself falls in the arms of the partner behind. This simple exercise is used by couple therapists to build an instinctive trust in couples as it is a fact that trust in relationship can help to go things smoother.
