People nowadays usually think that since we already have social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google + etc then what’s the need of publishing a circular? Well, there is a lot more professionalism involved when you publish a circular. Within the restriction of let’s say 4 pages of the circular; you can share everything that you need to share along with diagrammatic representations or selected photographs. All of this is not really possible with the character limit of Twitter and limitations on post visibility of Facebook.
