Peanut butter is a healthy food choice to gain weight and muscle especially for children. It is a soft and salty spread on bread with 190- 210 calories per serving (2 TBS). Peanut butter is also high in other nutrients like fat (16- 17g), proteins (7-8g) and carbohydrate content 6-7g in each serving of 2 tablespoons. You can add peanut butter spread in sandwiches for kids. Women most often prefer to eat creamy peanut butter while men prefer to go with chunky spread.
