Using Developer Tools in Microsoft Word Guide

A macro is a group of computer instructions that one can record and access with a shortcut key combination or a button. Creating shortcuts for basic functions you perform often or blocks of text will save you a lot of time. For example, let’s say every document you create needs a copyright notice at the bottom. Rather than copy and paste the text each time, create a macro.
